I take medicine for BP e.g. Espin-AT & Losium-50 and for ear blockage I take Trinerve Cap, Gincoba Tab, Relent Tab. What should I do for my chest pain? Please help me.

Get an ECG and Trop i done. If any positive consult a cardiologist . If chest pain related to exersion then idealy you should go for CAG to know status of coronary artery. You can add monotrate 20 mg once/day and se response ,if not intersted in any intervention.

I'm a female and i've had a recent blown to the head and now I have difficulty remembering when I took my medicine. I'm gonna list the medicine I have right now so if you could tell me when I should take them please? I'm having difficulty remembering that information. Gabapentin ca+d losartan 25 levothyroxine pantoprazole dimthicone (ferrous glycine sulphate with folic acid) vitamin e zinc i've been taking losartan for over 25 years I guess I remember taking that twice daily. You can take osar 25 twice a day and levothyroxine early morning before any food is taken and do not take milk with it. Gabapentin can be taken anytime and pantoprazole half an hour before breakfast.

When I consume a beer or 2 I get a bad headache. This does not happen with wine, whiskey or other alcohols only beer. It is worse with darker beers. I have recently changed medications for my blood pressure from Valsartan to Losartan.

If diastolic is always below 80 and systolic rises to 150 on most of the evenings then recheck after 15 minutes of rest. If still above 140 then add Tab. Amlong 2.5 in the evening around 6 pm.
As for your second question. All three drugs are almost same on action potency and lil different in side effects. So doesn't matter which one you take until your kidneys are fine.

Respected sir my name is meenakshi. My mother is suffering from 3+ tuberculosis which is diagnosed this month on 3 april and she is the patient of diabetes too. We have already started the dots treatment she is taking sugar medicines azulix mv 2/0.2 in the morning before breakfast after that she takes tuberculosis medicine from dots. And azulix mv1/0.2 before 10 minutes dinner. Her sugar level is under 160 normally. In the afternoon after lunch she is taking blood pressure medicines losamax - h neural - 10 in 10 minutes gap. She has productive cough and her temperature rises upto 102. I am really worried abt her condition sir. Please help me to get back my mother with your expert experience, suggest us a better way to make her treatment better ans faster. I will be grateful to you if you help us.
