Your blood sugar is not under control. You should intensify lifestyle modifications. You also need to change or increase dose of diabetes medications. You target hba1c should be less than 7.
Also triglyceride is high. You should take balanced diet with ample green leafy vegetables. Avoid high glycemic index food like white bread, potato and sugar. Avoid ghee, butter ,oil.
Exercise regularly (at least 150 mins per week).

I think you are watching a lot of sex videos, however in real life 3 min is a pretty good time. For 1 hr or sex you need to avoid continuos friction between the penis and vagina. you need to penetrate and after a few strokes withdraw and then again after say 5-10 min again insert and put more attention on oral stimulation. To constantly continue for 1 hr without break is not realistically possible, I hope you understand me.
