Still it is not very clear that dtap can be replaced by" w" or vice versa during primary vaccination for maintaining its efficacy but may be replaced for booster doses. I suggest since you are not living at place where" a" is not available, switch over to vaccine which is available at your place and continue as per schedule. Blood reports shows an elevated esr. Any inflammatory reaction can raise esr. Reason for nasal bleed should be check. Along with the blood value if you have inr pt and aptt values then it will be wise. There are cardiac medication which leads to bleeding from nose. Even increased blood pressure is a cause. When small capillaries (blood vessels) breaks causing bleeding.
