A person's height depends on mainly parents height, nutrition in early childhood, hormonal problems if any (hypothyroidism, growth hormone issues). Plus height grows only up to 18 to 19 years. By 19 the growing ends of log bones fuse. That stops any further lengthening of bones.
So now at 20 years it is almost impossible for any increase in the height. Thanks.
