We will need a picture to know the severity of allergic reaction and proper history since the condition will recur if the thing that you're allergic to is not withdrawn completely! So I would advise a video consultation for this.
Till then you can take desloratidine 5 mg twice a day for the itching.

You can start eberconazole cream twice daily for local application and an antihistamine like levocetrizine or desloratidine.
But oral anti-fungal is also needed in your case for which I need to see the extent of involvement and also need to run a few investigations as you have recurrent tinea. So a personal query with detailed medical history is needed.

Fungus or ringworm infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
