Hi lybrate-user,
please don't quit it all of a sudden. The rule is to gradually taper it and then discontinue it. Please consult your doctor, tell him your current state and if you are feeling better tell him to reduce the dose. You have to complete the full course of the medication otherwise you will have elapse. So don't take nay risk. You can consider changing your doctor also.

Your condition can be very well understood. You are having depression and panic disorder for which you are taking medicine. Some medicines can cause ibs and are advised to be changed.
