Yes! these are benzodiazepine withdrawal symptoms ,plz don't stop immedietly ,it may be seizure risk so continue same dose of lorazepam whatever you used to be taken! if want to tapper then go for slowly 10 to 25% over 3 to 5 days under guidance of psychiatrist.

Do not take medicines. You will develop a habit. Try to find out the cause. Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed.
