as patient is on aspirin and suffered ischemic stroke it is risky to interrupt aspirin therapy, but when there is another problem which is unbearable we need to do operation.
Try to control it medically but if it is sever then we need to take risk and do surgery.

Yes aspirin being an anticoagulant or does not allow the blood to clot , it has to be stopped before any surgery

There is a chance that aspirin may induce bleeding and you have to take precautions . This is not clearly proven theory as the heart patients are advised aspirin

For headache and any other pain paracetamol is preferred.Aspirin to be avoided as ther is chance of severe gastritis and hemorrhage. It is prescribed by doctor for certain diseases and not routinely

You are on aspirin, which is a blood thinner. It causes excessive bleeding post extraction, so it should be stopped 3 days before extraction of the tooth and 3 days post extraction. Dear lybrate user, ecosprin is used as a blood thinner- that's a common way to explain it effect. But this is only a way to explain. In reality blood is not thick or thin. Its only platelets which form clots in the blood which are made non-functional by ecosprin.
