Plenty of liquid like water, lemon juice, tender coconut, electral solution is required to control dehydration. Bland diet, soups, buttermilk etc is advised. Since symptomatic anti diorrhoeal tablet and probiotic has not helped, there may be intestinal mixed infection. Hence intestinal antibiotic and anti amoebic like norflox tz etc may be necessary. You should see your doctor for prescription and observation.

Stop the antibiotic. You may be allergic to some component. Take simple ors and go for a diet change with soft /liquid diet till loose motions resolve. All cases of loose motions do not require antibiotics. If there is any fever, or loose motions persist or increase, onlt then you will need antibiotics.

Loperamide has many side effects and for me, it has hardly any useful role in controlling motion. Child is only 2.5 years and has many years for bowel training. Further bowel management depends on surgery performed for which attending surgeon is best person to guide.
