You have not mentioned your age??
1 Rule out cardiac problem also
2 Take vitamin D3 replacement as it is less
3. Since gastritis is there stop all pain killers and start antacid and medications like Ranitidine to reduce gastritis since that can also cause your symptoms
4. Take diet less spicy and less hot

It looks like stone problem is unrelated to your long standing diarrhea. To confirm the cause of your diarrhea, get a stool routine, stool occult blood and stool calprotectin test. For kidney stone, to know if it is still there get an ultrasound scan. Review with reports.
