I am having cervical spondylosis . My right hand is paining seriously . Tell me proper medicine that can cure it . I am diabetic . Doctor has prescribed me to check (MRI of cervical spine with screening of brain ) is it necessary to check it. Sir, I feel sever soreness & pain in my both sides of neck, shoulder, arms, total back. More in upper back inside under thorax & chest pain with pinning in my upper chest. Pressing outside no pain I can feel. Pain more in morning & afternoon to late night every day. Feel flu like. Sometimes sweats in upper back & upper abdomen & chest. Chronic headache with soreness &congestion. Heavy gas formation moving upward with education all time. Dizziness & vertigo like feelings. Anxiety & depression I also feel. I tested all blood works, esr ,crp, raf,tsh, ft3,ft4, hla b27, hiv all normal. Vit b12-512, vitd-17.2. Urea, creatinine,k also ok. Usg&ugie shows grade 1 fatty liver & antral gastritis. Ct scan of brain normal. Xray neck shows cervical spondylosis. Bt I feel widespread pain now I can't tolerate more. I hv taken gabapin nt for a month. Pregalin nt for another 15 days bt no improvement. Now I am taking psychiatric med for anxiety & depression still pain growing. I can't do anything. Which specialist I should consult. please help.

1 Rule out cardiac problem also
2 Take vitamin D3 replacement as it is less
3. Since gastritis is there stop all pain killers and start antacid and medications like Ranitidine to reduce gastritis since that can also cause your symptoms
4. Take diet less spicy and less hot
5 Drunk plenty of water
6 You can take physiotherapy for cervical spondilosis
