First stick to a vegetarian diet. Fix your time for breakfast, lunch & dinner. This should be a regular habit. You must take time out for exercise, either in the morning or in the evening. Start with alternate days, increase slowly & then go on to 5 to 6 days in a week. You can continue with lemon juice.
