Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep:
• Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you.
* Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes.
• Drink a glass of milk at night daily.
* Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness.

Lorazepam is used initially to control withdrawal symptoms of alcohol. It is tapered off within 2-3 weeks depending on the withdrawal symptoms. Nobody continues it for 2 years. Probably you are taking it by yourself. Luckily you have not increased from 2 mg. Please take MET, motivational enhancement therapy weekly for 12 weeks to withdraw yourself off lorazepam. Hi, Your symptoms do seem to correlate with those of anxiety disorders. I would urge you to, however, consult an ent to make sure it isn't copd. If you live in india, or any other polluted country, then copd can't be ruled out without proper investigation. If it is not a physiological issue, I would then suggest using mental health services.
