Sizopin and serlift are medication for different purpose to combine with ativan and other drugs is not a good idea. I am not sure why were all these drugs combined in the first place. Please be careful in combining all these drugs.

you need to stop using alcohol to observe the action of the english medication you are being prescribed to make sure you are getting the effects that it is being used for. So, brief answer is - immediately stop drinking alcohol in any form.

Natural home remedy using cardamom seeds:
1. Crush 3-4 cardamom seeds to powder
2. Take ½ tsp of this cardamom powder

It is very common complaint seen in young and it could be due to low hemoglobin so better get done the hemoglobin test, and if it is normal one then no need to worry about this, take care in balance diet, better to get done the routine medical examination just for safe side.

Gradually you have to reduce the dose of ativan. A longer acting sleeping pill may be replaced which will be easier to stop. For that you need to take the help of a neurologist.

No there is no permanent cure for schizophrenia. If she is not yet settled then increase dose of sizopin slowly. Go for tlc and dlc.

She needs to take regular medicine. Also she is not on any mood stabilizer. Overall prognosis is good for bipolar disorders but need to add mood stabilizer.
