It is advisable not to take any medicine casually. The risk of becoming dependent on medicines can trap you in the long run. Read about health lifestyle changes which when adapted can bring out better health benefits. Stay healthy and strong so that you can enjoy life without any medicines in future too. If you have any specific problems then seek help from a doctor. Go for annual health check up with your doctor and do some basic tests to assess your overall health. Amisulpride has nothing to do with anxiety or phobia. I think you need a proper plan for managing your stress and also need guidance regarding coping skills. Take a second opinion either online or from nearest psychiatrist.

Need to clarify what kind of problem you are dealing with and what is the diagnosis. Without knowing the full history, it will be difficult to guide you appropriately.

I take 1 mg lorazepam every morning and 10 mg of cipralex every night. I did’t take the two for a few days and the other day I tried a half bar of ecstasy (I know it’s bad and I’m not doing it again. So please no comments about my previous actions.) And I felt very anxious after taking it and I relaxed afterward and the feelings started to go away (very slight feeling and it was a lower strength as I was told). Then in the morning (yesterday) I had a normal bowel movement and felt a bit hungry because I did’t eat several hours before taking it and then in the afternoon I ate stew and bread and started to get anxious again thinking I was going to vomit so I stopped eating because of it. I did’t end up vomiting, I got very anxious.) now today I took my 1 mg lorazepam so it can help with my anxiety and I then ate lunch and about a half hour later I needed to use the bathroom and I saw that it was a bit watery and some solid pieces inside (bit darker). Is this because of the ecstasy?

Can you tell me the actual drug name in Wilpose is it Lorazepam. Then you are taking both nexito plus clonazepam and lorazepam. I think you need to slowly reduce the wilpose and stop and then be only on nexito rather than nexito plus. It looks like you are getting addicted to wilpose if it is lorazepam otherwise it is ok

I quit smoking 2.5 months back and alcohol 2 months back. I had been a very heavy and daily user of both for many years. For the first month although the cravings were intense I did not have any other major problems. But off late I cannot concentrate on anything and cannot get any sleep either. There are days when I do not do anything at all due to my absolute inability to hold a single thought in my head. I obsessively keep thinking about pointless issues throughout the day. I decided that I needed help and visited a doctor who prescribed a Escitalopram and Lopez 2. Now I'm a guy who hates taking medicines in general and especially drugs like Benzos and scars. I stay in Thane and would like to know if there are doctors who can treat me using a combination of diet, exercise, behavioral therapy, meditation/yoga/mindfulness, tackling fear, or any other intervention. My motivation is extremely high to improve and cure myself, and I can push my mind and body to its limits to achieve this. The problem is doctors are not willing to take that path or give me a chance to do it without drugs.

Hi Thank you for your query.
There are psychological therapy and lifestyle modifications that help people who are suffering from mental health issues. Whether you want to take medication or not is your choice and you have a right to say that you don't want medications. However, I would like a detailed assessment before commenting on whether I will recommend medication for you or not. Please feel free to contact me through Lybrate or online for an appointment.
