Hi and thanks for asking a question dear user sb tablet have cleaning property ot removes toxin and other materials from body and also treats skin disorders. So if lopamax is already crossed gut and liver then it will do its functions. And the current dose for sb tablet is 1 tablet at night after some light food and I suggest you to take lopamax before eating sb tablet there should be timegap.

No, you must not give roko to babies below 12 months or even more than a 1-year child and I would say even adults. Only ORS needs to be given and the cause of diarrhoea in an infant less than one year is bottle feeding and you must stop it and feed only breast and other feeds with spoon

No. It causes more harm than good. Is the baby passing urine 8-10 times per day, having good appetite and activity and gaining weight? If yes to all the above, you shouldn't be worried. Continue breastfeeding at a higher frequency.
In case of lethargy, decreased feeding, decreased urine output and blood in stool, contact a pediatrician immediately.
