For what reason are you taking eldoper. Since how many days you been taking this. Are you suffering from diarrhoea. What is the necessity you are worried about resistance. Your question seems incomplete do write me personally for further sorting of your doubt.

I will suggest not to take andial. You may have infective diarrhea and anti diarrheal medication should not be taken in such situations.

U have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning
2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages.
6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad

Loose motions can occur due to infection or food poisoning.
I would suggest you following things:
> Take lots of fluids( water, juices)
> Tab norflox tz twice a day after food for 3 days
> Take cap zincovit once a day for 10 days
> Take cap Sporolac once a day
AVOID:
> fast food
> unhygienic food from outside
> alcohol
> smoking
