even though it excretes in breast milk there are no studies which show this effects the infant
ambeoxol shouldn't be used.

Hello. Just try out below ayurveda remidies. Kutaja ghan vati, bel garbha powder. Avoid spicy food, try to avoid over consumption of milk (its difficult for you to stop milk consumption as you are a lactating mother) have good amount of curd. Fell free for further assistance.

Please take him to a local physician before he ends in dehydration. Increase his water intake, give him more of liquid diet such as fresh fruit juice, not packed ones, coconut water, curd, chas not lassi.
Stop milk, spices and roti. Give him electral.
