Ir is immediate release and sr is sustained release formulations. Both work well but usually sr formulations have lesser gastrointestinal side effects.

So if lopamax is already crossed gut and liver then it will do its functions. And the current dose for sb tablet is 1 tablet at night after some light food and I suggest you to take lopamax before eating sb tablet there should be timegap.

I will suggest not to take andial. You may have infective diarrhea and anti diarrheal medication should not be taken in such situations.
