Eldoper contains loperamide ,which is FDA class C drug ,it should be taken during pregnancy only when benefit of taking the medicine outweighs it's risk.

Avoid Lomid 2 mg if there is blood in stool. If the loose motions are with blood in stool or it's dark or black in color and/or associated with pain in abdomen take him to a doctor.
