You must complete th antibiotic course for 5 days. Please add ors ilitre to be sipped throuout the day. As for loperamide, I would not advise too many tablets.

Avoid Lomid 2 mg if there is blood in stool. If the loose motions are with blood in stool or it's dark or black in color and/or associated with pain in abdomen take him to a doctor. The patient may need proper antibiotic. If the patient is dehydrated due to 2-3 days loose motions he may need fluid management. ORS may help for restoration of fluids. No, you must not give roko to babies below 12 months or even more than a 1-year child and I would say even adults. Only ORS needs to be given and the cause of diarrhoea in an infant less than one year is bottle feeding and you must stop it and feed only breast and other feeds with spoon

No. It causes more harm than good. Is the baby passing urine 8-10 times per day, having good appetite and activity and gaining weight? If yes to all the above, you shouldn't be worried. Continue breastfeeding at a higher frequency.
In case of lethargy, decreased feeding, decreased urine output and blood in stool, contact a pediatrician immediately.
