Loperamide is a symptomatic medicine, doesn't address root cause of diarrhea. May be you don't need anything ,it is your anxiety creating problem. Meet physician to know.

Stop eating at uncertified eating houses or at roadside. Stop spicy food because your system is irritated by it. Do not take Loperamide routinely, it is not good. You may need a prescription for which you will have to consult privately.
