- You can start using minoxidil again as per the instructions in the pamphlet it should be helpful for the regrowth of hair
- for a permanent solution consult a trichologist for some other therapy as if you stop minoxidil the hair fall can again recur

Rub your hair with onion paste before an hour of shower. It will help you with hair growth.
Also, you can massage your scalp with oil before shower.
Eat more chana and amla.

Is newly grown hair is permanent and will not go.The vellus hairs will shed and be replaced with a terminal hair and there is no timescale for how long this takes. It could take 6 weeks, or 6 months even.
