If the fear is of recent origin, you could perhaps identify it and deal with it. But if it is from the long past, then much work has to be done to sort that out. Sometimes this kind of ne...more

Nexito is good for anxiety disorders, zepam should be used for short term and should be tapered down. Nexito can be taken for longer duration and even the dose may be needed to increase. And for few months even after remission of symptoms, nexito might be continued. Along with it counselling may help. Try doing stretching exercises and deep breathing exercises. Include probiotics like dahi, chhach and also some fruits in your diet.

Lonazep is clonazepam a benzo which should not be taken for such a ling time as it is addictive and causes long term side effects. Try to reduce the dose by half every 2 weeks and stop, if not possible consult a psychiatrist who will help in this regard. Good luck.

Dear user you can take medicine only for sometime, with medicine you need counseling as well so that you would be able to taper your medicines after sometime and learn how to manage or control your thoughts on your own. All I need is a complete case history of yours and want to guide you about your thoughts and worries so that without medicines you can enjoy your life in a better way, but without knowing everything I won't be able to help you. If you want to get rid of over thinking and negative...more

Petril is less harmful than ativan, though both belong to benzodiazepine group of medications. But dont worry, he might slowly wane off, or switch to other long term safe medications over a period of time. Openly discuss with him, he will share the treatment plan options. All the best.

Hello lybrate-user,
I hope that Paroxetine (Pari CR) and clonazepam (lonazep) were taken with medical advice and guidance. Please seek a consultation with your Psychiatrist to resolve your query. However it seems that weakness, anxiety, and crying spells are related to depression rathee than clonazepam withdrawal. However a more gradual tapering of clonazepam would be recommended. Optimization of Paroxetine dose under medical guidance, along with psychological intervention is advisable. Asse...more
