Ativan and lonazep belong to same group (benzodiapine).
Its generally irrational to take both of these together on daily basis for any medical condition.
Consult a nearby psychiatrist for making your prescription more rationale.

All psychotropic drugs have side effects. If you focused instead on doing some therapy, you could well come out of the medication with little withdrawal symptoms. Hi lybrate-user.
In addition to medicines, addressing what's keeping you awake and making you anxious might be more helpful. I practice cbt and use various relaxation techniques to help with sleep, overthinking and anxiety. Setting a pre-bed routine and getting some physical activity can help you. Switching off your devices an hour before can be beneficial as well.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
There is also an interesting fact that when one belches frequently, it can cause acid reflux. Also, eating a large amount of food at one time can trigger acidity and gas at the same time. Hence, acid reflux and gas are not directly related but can occur together.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Eat sprouted wheat every day. This the best source of vit b. For other supplements eat about 250 gms of salad with every meal. You also seem to be over weight. Hence you should reduce your starch and fats to come to a weight of around 72 kgs.
