so far what you have done is enough to stop it. I don't think that this does will have any adverse effects, and even if you experience anything you can take last dose on sos basis. What you are taking now is pediatric dose that is unlikely to cause any discontinuation effect.

I think. As you r on medication since 2011 for ocd wid relieving symptoms. Symptoms you mentioned might be part of restless leg syndrome. Which can be because of medications ,anxiety. And other causes. Usually benzodiazepine like clonazepam is used which you r already taking. Yes in addition to this you can try trihexyphendyl or levodopa carbamamazapine. For your symptoms. U can also avoid caffeine. Maintain sleep hygiene. Leg massage can also help.

It could be because you might not have taken it for long enough, this drug may not be working for you, you may have some medical problem which might be contributing for your depression. Treatment of anxiety consists of medications as well as psychological therapy. Sometimes, stopping lorazepam can cause rebound Anxiety. It had to be done gradually. Please do not stop the medication without consulting your psychiatrist.

You have to better review your case for taking clonazepam and it is not good to take it long term . The cause for your anxiety need to be reviewed
