The symptoms that you mentioned about mucus and blood stained stools, if they recent since 6 months and you never had trouble regarding it before with addition to weight loss if present, then given your age you will need a colonoscopy. Also advise to decrease fibre in your diet for a week. Add plenty of water in your daily consumption. Do regular exercise to strengthen perineal muscles, known as kegel exercise.

There is relationship between TB and eyes, you can have Chronic Iridocyclitis I.e. Inflammation in the eyes. Which has to be treated with steroid and atropine eye drops. Because of the atropine eye drops you will not be able to read without Glasses. Please adhere to the medical treatment as prescribed by eye surgeon.

- Have plenty of oral fluids, avoid tea, coffee
- take tablet Lomotil 2-3 times a day
- if pain is more then take an antispasmodic tablet
- avoid fried & spicy food.

Take tab lomotil three times a day till you recover and drink it's dissolved in water and butter milk several times in the day you can take tab aciloc 150mg to get relief from sour burps and acidity.
