This particular inhaler has peculiar for a sudden cough upon first usage. However the medicine gets adequately delivered despite the cough and you need not worry regarding poor lung deposition of the medicine. Continue the medicine. Its ok even if you are not able to hold your breath due to the cough. Take make sure that you take a deep breath. That will ensure good lung deposition of the medicine. Take care.

Hi. I understand your concerns. Asthma is chronic and a common problem causing symptoms. You will need to undergo pulmonary function test which is needed for diagnosis and also to assess severity of asthma based on which treatemnt can be started. Inhalers are the right treatment option without any side effects or addiction. Consult a pulmonologist for the same. As if left untreated it can be life threatening. Hepar sulph 30, 3 drops twice daily.
Alpha WD, 20 drops with warm water once daily.

Allergic asthma controlled by two puff is only treatment. You can change to rotahelar of bunase. It give better results then inhalers.
