Hello-
Yes you can. Its contents mainly, Levonorgestrel works by preventing the fertilization of the egg with the sperm. It also induces changes in the hormonal levels contributing to the prevention of pregnancy. Ethinyl Estradiol works by replacing or replenishing the hormone estrogen that is normally produced in the body.

The symptoms may not be related. You just have to keep observing and repeat some tests like urine routine and CBC. Review with the doctor. Adopt a very healthy life style which will help not only your menstrual cycles but also overall health. Exercising (maintaining an ideal weight) will keep you fit and energetic and will keep many problems at bay.

Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle, day of ovulation when ovum is released from ovary of woman. That is why normally couple have 12 to 24 cycles of unprotected sex around time of ovulation before going to Gynecologist or infertility specialist for further evaluation and advise. But in PCOD ovulation is affected so chances of pregnancy decrease so should go to Gynecologist or infertility specialist earlier.
