While I was working in an ac office, my skin brightened and used to glow. Now that i'm not working in that condition anymore and I daily go for morning walk, my skin is becoming darker and tanned day by day. I'm using lotus spf40 before I go out, but still the tan is there. My marriage is forthcoming, I want my tan to be gone completely and want my previous look back. What do I have to do to get my original look back in just 4-5 months?

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe Vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.

Hi avoid using using saslic ds facewash. Instead use facecare or sebonac facewash. Apply acrofy moisturizer. Avoid antiaging cream for now. Continue the sunscreen.

Hello there, This is Nasrat, 29 years old, I`m suffering form depression since last four years while I have last my beloved brother. So, I took different kinds of medications such as fluoxetine 20 mg, escitalopram 10 mg, paroxetine 10 mg, mirtazapine USP 15 mg, venlafaxine Hcl 75 mg, Lithium carbonate B.P. 400 mg etc. But still I have the same problem, difficulty in thinking (poor concentration, poor memory), excessive feel of guilt, loss of interest in most activities, sleep disturbances, decreased energy or tiredness, feeling of low self confidence, feeling of hopelessness, decrease in activity, excessive or inappropriate worries, anticipation of the worst, thoughts of suicide. Besides, I have premature ejaculation and no sexual desire. So, I`m really disappointed. Are there any solution for my problems? Its mentionable that when I was in Japan, I took Lorazepam (0, 5 mg), Brotizlolam (0, 25 mg), Trazodone (25 mg), Suvorexant (20 mg), Escitalopram (10 mg), Lansoprazole (15 mg) for 8 months, with those medications I felt very well, but unfortunately, when I returned to my country, there were no those medications available, and my depression attacked me again. So, dear doctors Please please please recommend me what to do? I`m not interested to live in this world but, I`m the only person to support my big family. At the same time, I took (Clarithromycin 500 mg, Amoxicillin 1000 mg 14 days), (Lansoprazole 30 mg 3 months) for positive h pylori but did not work. Again, I took (Clarithromycin 500 mg, metronidazole, Amoxicillin 1000 mg 14 days), (esomeprazole 40 mg 3 months) for positive h pylori but still I have the same issue. Your cooperation would be highly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.

Dear lybrate-user,
You need a proper diagnosis before going in for treatment. If h pylori is confirmed, it needs active treatment. Premature ejaculation and loss of sexual desire also needs to be diagnosed and treated. At Japan, you were treated with Lorazepam (available in India). Instead of brotizolam, you can try etizolam available in India. Trazodone available in India. Suvorexant is another mild hypnotic. I got two operations first baby has no problem she was born healthy and second baby was born on april7 2014 and she has heart problem we came to know this after delivery of 10 days it was so critical. In hyd lotus hospital they have done TGA surgery after surgery the nextday mrng 11 she died.I have also done tubectomy during my delivery.Now i am not able to know what to do either recanalization or ivf ,ivf low success rate and recanalization prob of ectopic pregnancy but i want my own one child and i also dont know which is the best hosp and higher success rate please doctor suggest me.

Post tubectomy recanalization need not necessarily increase chance of ectopic. But keeping two operations in mind, IVF will be a better proposition.

I'm 29 years male from kolkata. Skin type is normal. Skin color - dark. No other disease & medications. Generally I use lotus spf 40 once per day. 1-2 times scrub per week with lorial 360 which contains salisailic acid. Face wash use clean & clear or vlcc twice per day. Night cream used nivea lite, manually mixed with vitamin e capsule & vitamin c tabtel dust. Sometime used egg white & lemon mask. Is the routine good for skin? I know black skin can not be white. But is there any other way to glow the skin. Any cream or lotion you can suggest for lighter & glowing skin. Thanks you.

Hi 2 months ago I went for trekking in nepal at the height of 2400m and their temperature was min. 22° c and max. 42° in day where I used lotus SPF15° sunscreen. After applying sunscreen on my whole body and face I got some types of chicken pox marks on my faces. I knew it was not chicken pox but likely familiar to chicken pox. My frnd 39 years old. When he was 32 he had a knee injury (idk) when he was in 2wheeler. Dr. gave him shallaki (boswellia serrata) for 10 months and he was cured, again in 2016 because of post viral arthritis in which he continued with sitting in lotus posture (padamasana) he suffered from knee pain again treatment lasted for 1 years of shallaki and finally hadjod (cissus quadrangularis) he was cured, recently few months ago he was carrying 10 kg weight for 200mtrs and again problem came back. Hi, if your skin is dry you can use a sunscreen with moisturiser. Also, you can apply aloe vera at home. This could help. Do not wash your face too much that will eventually dry out your skin.
