Avoid all junk food. Eat less oily & less spicy food items. Drink water around 15-20 mins before having food. Take divol-la 10 ml thrice daily after food alongside lansoprazole, which you'll need to continue for 6-8 weeks.

Take about 2 tbsp of sandalwood powder in a bowl. Add few crushed tulsi (basil) leaves to it. Then mix it properly using few drops of rose water. Make a thin paste. Apply this paste evenly on the face. Rinse your face with cold water and pat dry.

Follow these methods to get rid of tanning:
* apply lemon juice on tanned areas and leaves for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with cold water. You can use cucumber with lemon juice to apply on tanned area. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on tanned area for 5 minutes and then clean with water.

The pic you see on the net isn't true. It seems more of a photographic superimposition. If a person is allergic to any if the shampoo contents it might just produce some reddish rash like thing.
