Hello, clobazam is never taken for a long period. Sleepiness is due to clobazam mostly. Try tapering off clobazam. For initial 7 days take half the dose then for next 7 days one fourth of the dose then stop clobazam.

Ct scan/mri and eeg reports will decide whether medicine to be continued or not.

Its better to show to your doctor adjusting the dosage, keeping antiepileptic causing sedation at night time, maintaining proper hydration may resolve the issue. If your blood is getting clot recurrently then it needs evaluation. Usually patients with positive thrombophilia profile need to take life long blood thinners, if it's negative then 6 months course is enough. Antiepileptics can't be stopped if you had seizures in past 6 months.
