Clobakem 10 mg tablet is a benzodiazepine which is used to control seizures in the adults and children above 2 years of age. It is recommended to start with a small dosage and increase gradually. Do not stop abruptly taking this medicine as it may cause withdrawal symptoms like convulsions, behavioral disorder, tremor, and anxiety.

Nothing. In fact as per your weight these are very low doses and are as good as not taking any medicines.
