More than 2 antihypertensive are needed in many pts to control blood pressure, but olmax am and cinod t belong to same group of drugs so they should not be taken together. Give her any one medicine and if blood pressure is not controlled with that means bp is more than 140/90 mmhg then consult any local physician for second antihypertensive.

Hi, Lybrate user, any change in hypertensive medicine should always be opted with the consultation of your health provider ,avoiding on line consultation after a proper interrogation of your health condition.
Tk, care.

Hi - while medicines help, please request your psychiatrist to put you into counseling sessions so you can get more help in terms of managing the triggers (situations or people that create anxiety) etc. Remember medicines are just chemicals and have waning effect but once you make up your psyche to face the situations or people - you can with the help of meds gain strength and reduce/stop meds too. All the best!

Better way is to consult local doctor and have a check up. He will prescribe appropriate locally available medicines. Change of BP medicine has to be with check up and doctor's prescription.

Most likely multivitamins is the cause of change in colour of stools. If you want to be sure you can do a lab test called Stool for occult blood.
