Tablet cilacar contains cilnidipine which is a calcium channel blocker, helps reduce bp. Dilnip trio contains three medications which are combined together - cilnidipine, telmisartan and chlorthalidone. If your bp is 130/80 with dilnip trio then it means your body has adjusted to the medications. Yes do not use the medicine twice get you bp checked 3 times in a day for 3 times get consulted to the physician then if bp is on higher side he may change the medicine ok.
