Hi. I want you to please analyze my husband's semen analysis report. Its been 3 years to our marriage and we have not conceived yet. Doctor asked us for our initial tests. My husband had his semen analysis yesterday n we got the reports today. I after seeing it am referring to you without his knowledge. Just wanted to be sure of the happening. Hello, the reports are not very great. There are issues related to sperm count, motility etc. Needs proper evaluation for treatment. I am suggesting you some ayurvedic medicines.
Take satavaryadi churan one teaspoon in the morning.
Take chandrakala ras one in the morning and one in the night.

Sperm count is normal ,but motility is reduced ,you should consult a urologist ,after examination and getting a few more tests done he will prescribe you medicines.
If motility of sperms increases then fine ,otherwise your wife can go for intrauterine insemination with your washed sperms.

There is a rash in my private part. Happened from injury from zipper. A small portion has become red and it burns while urinating. Had antibiotic amoxycillin but no improvement. It's on the top skin a small portion. Slight pain and burns if urine falls.

Most often it's viral infection. Fever usually settles down in 3 to 4 days. Cough takes 7 to 10 days. Continue same treatment. Small children get frequent infections because of low immunity.
