Hello sir, kindly understand that there is no other option to treat a hernia (anywhere) without surgery. But as you are an octagerian, it is probably better to leavee the hernia where it is if the mouth of hernia is wide enough to prevent any compromised blood supply to the content of abdomen. Hi Don't worry. continue taking thyroid medicines for now. Nothing major will happen to baby now but while doing anomalies scan we will clear our doubts about healthy baby.

After delivery of the baby. Baby has to be checked for thyroid problem while checking blood group of the baby
