Hello,

Try and take the above nutrients through natural diet.
Popping supplements regularly can also hinder the absorption of other nutrients and can also damages overall wellbeing.
Just take nutritionally adequate ,balanced diet ,that is more than sufficient for you to conceive naturally without any problems.

Hi
Your serum insulin level is normal. Do not worry about it. Metformin also helps in ovulation and inturn helps in conception. Follow a healthy diet, exercise for atleast 5 days a week and take a multivitamin which has inositol which helps in conception and treatment of PCOD if you have it.

Hi. Congratulations on the pregnancy dear. The most important supplement to be taken in the first trimester is folic acid. You should follow the advise of your treating doctor, do not take a lot of medicines. Just follow your doctor’s advice, take a well balanced nutritious diet, avoid papaya and pineapple. Do not lift heavy weights and no relations with husband. Also, schedule a pregnancy ultrasound in consultation with your gynaecologist. All the best!
