If she is getting Pd after every two months need not worry. Just take healthy diet n do yoga n excercise regular. Dont take duphaston or folic acid.

Not clear why are you taking these medications. Avoid self medication. Black stools are normally due to iron containing medicines. Stop tablets which contain ferrous compound. Black stools should stop. If not you have to see a physicain for diagnosis.

No issues in case of this overdose for 2 days.
Folic acid is possibly unsafe when taken by mouth in large doses, longterm
if there is no abdominal cramps, diarrhea, rash, sleep disorders, irritability, confusion, nausea, stomach upset, behavior changes, skin reactions, seizures, gas, excitability, etc for now do not worry.

You should take folic acid periconceptionally dose of folic acid requirement is just in microgrammes but tab of folic acid in commercial market is available in the strength of 5 mg you can take any commercial preparation you like or the one of good company and cheap.
