Your water intake is more than enough .In normal conditions 3-4 litres of water is recommended but if you work out a lot or sweat a lot (in hot & humid environment) it can go up. Do not exceed it as it might fill you up and replace some nutritiuos meal which otherwise you would have.

Its not as per age. But in general, any human being should take maximum 4 litres[in summer more than 4 litrs] of water /day, irrespective of your thirst, which helps to maintain proper ph of body fluids, & helps as good cleanser for all excretory organs.
