Stop clopidogrel after discussing with your Dr. Two blood thinners are required for about one year of stent. They can usually be reduced to aspirin alone after that. Atorva 20 can be reduced too, but better to do so 12 weeks after improving diet. Traditional balanced diet is healthier for heart than restricted modern diet. Beat wishes.

We often hear some patients say that the doctors they have consulted before, about this very crucial problem, regarded it as not serious. Neglecting blood in your semen is a very bad idea. It will not go away without proper treatment. On the other hand, addressing it at the earliest will help cure th...more

Hello, Thanks for the query.
When blood pressure is well controlled it should be 120 to 130 / 70 to 80 mm Hg. Secondly blood glucose should be Fasting < 100 mg, After food 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8 (not mentioned).
It is clear from above information that both BP and blood glucose (diabetes) are not in control.
With a BMI of 25.92 (Normal < 23 kgs/Sq met) you are over weight by at least 5 to 6 kgs. There is no mention about your extent of daily exercise and no dietary details (actu...more

Your serum creatinine level (2.20) is on the higher side and also hbv surface antigen positive (which may be positive from the earlier days also. It will be a wise thing to consult with your nephrologist in an online portal. Most of our colleagues have adopted the online consultation system. I am sure your nephrologist is definitely using at least whatsapp. So get in touch with him. Thanks.
