You are taking right treatment, keep sugar levels in normal range, exercise moderately , simple walks are best but due to outside high pollution levels , some people do exercise on cycle at home because pollution is as bad as smoking 10 cigarettes/day.

Please get ecg done
stop using rantac. Instead take tab pantop 40 mg early morning on empty stomach and after 30 minutes take syp sucralfate 10 ml. Do not eat anything until 30 minutes after taking sucralfate syrup.
