Chest pain means so many things.
First of all in all elederly need to differentiate whether it is related to heart problem or not
aztor tablet reduces cholesterol but not chest pain.
Check for risk factors
sugars
blood pressure
cholesterol
family history of any heart problems
physically inactive (not doing excersise)
she needs proper evaluation like
ecg/treadmill/2d echo.

weight reduction can be achieved by multidimensional approach like dietary changes, life style modification and medications.
