Sir/madam my age is 70 yrs. I am hypothyroid pt from 1960 I am taking eltroxin 125 ng.in morning. At present my weight is 100 kg. I am type diabetic pt since 15 years. For which, I am taking glyciphage 1gm sr b.d and in the night sitagliptin1gm (januvia 1gm) at present my f.b.s is 185 and p.p.bs is 280 mg/dl. further,i got htn and using telmisartan 80 mg in morning and clindapene 10 mg ist night. My b.p average value is 140/80. My lipid profile values are with in limits and using stanlip145 mg (fenofibrate. Hello Doctor I have been suffering from allergic bronchitis for Past two years and after taking medicines temporarily the problem is resolved. However as this is recurring disease I need medications so that this problem can be taken care of since as now there is a whistle like sound whenever I breath and keep throwing out a white colour clear phlegm, also my chest itches whenever I throw the phlegm out and there is a lot of chest tightness. Last time the infection was a little high and I was given Avil+Betnesol injection to get rid of the infection with montek LC and grilinctus syrup. As this has recurred again, could you please suggest some medicines which can help cure this problem of mine. I have been suffering from type 2 diabetes for last 3 years under medication of Galvus Met, lipicard 160 and amaryl 1 mg and my weight is 120 kgs and I my age is 30 years old. Have recurrent bouts of allergic rhinitis which is seasonal and goes away after few days. Other medical conditions include allergy from brinjal and fennel seeds as the upper portion of my mouth starts itching severely. Can confirm I do not have any other health issues.

I am 74 years. On a routine check up (the check up got hampered due to corona scare) the following noticed 1) hb%-12.8 g/dl (minm-13) 2) erythrocyte count-4.45 (minm-4.5 million/ cu. Mm) 3) lymphocyte-17.1%(minm-20%) 4) eosinophil more -6.6%(it should be 6 maxm) 5) pcv-38.8%(minm-40) what is your suggestion although no such urine complication so far. On a routine check up creatinine 1.41 mg/dl, urea 38 mg/dl. I have no diabetes. But blood pressure and cholesterol kept under control by allopathy medicine. Acute insomnia problem I have. Blood pressure and cholesterol under control by medication I take for for bp olmesartan 40 plus hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 for cholesterol atorvastatin 5 plus fenofibrate 72.5 whether any medicine is there to lower creatinine. Please advise.

Nothing is that critical but you need one md physician as creatinine just deranged, eoshinopil also just deranged.
They need regular follow up.

Avoid nsaids repeat creatinine after 2 week have adequate volume of water .not too much don't be so dry as well.
Go for urine routine micro and usg abdomen and kub
check electrolytes, phosphorus.

Lipikind f contains 2 medicines atorvastatin and fenofibrate. Atorvastatin is required if cholesterol is always above 300, or, after heart attack, fenofibrate when triglycerides are above 1000. See your reports to decide whether you needed it. If you did not need it, better to discontinue.

My blood report shows bun/sr. Creatinine ratio 7.83.total cholesterol 233. Triglycerides 262. Vldl cholesterol 52.42 and non hdl cholesterol 186.5.is this abnormal? What medicines are needed for my health treatment? Please suggest me sir. I am waiting your best advice sir. Thanks.
