Ideally expectorants are not used for infants but still if you are using then dose is 5ml 8 to 12 hourly as per levosalbutamol which is not easy to give.

Viral fever stains immunity after one attacks but existence of very many virus types and subtypes with similar signs and symptoms that it look to be recurrence.
