Get to a nearby doctor if such symptoms happens again to check your lungs. Otherwise there's no relation between sneezing and difficulty in breathing. Just relax.

This condition is called som i. E serous otitis media that occurs due to eustachian tube blockage that equalizes pressure across ear drum. When it is blocked due to any infection in nose or throat or any mass in nose, fluid accumulates behind ear drum. Start tab. Sinarest twice a day, nasivion nasal drops 2-2-2-2 and steam inhalation twice a day. Get an impedance audiometry done and send me report.

Medication can be given only after clinical examination and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari, naan, white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati, bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

â¢Please do the following: Put some coconut oil in a pan. Boil a few dried Indian gooseberry pieces (if you do not have dried amla then use amla powder) in the oil until they become charred. Let the oil cool. Apply the oil on your hair and scalp. Leave it on overnight, or at least for an hour, before rinsing it out. Do this at least once or twice a week.

Its because of hormones. Get ur thyroid profile, CBC, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile Follow this
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.
