I am getting red skin rashes on my glans of my penis and small itching bumps in my scrotum. I am feeling very annoying. I took levozet 1 at a time for 5 days. The rashes of my penis head have made it wound. How do I get it cure?

I had a temperature of 101 f and headache, body pain and sore throat. The doctor prescribed paracetamol, ranitidine and levozet for 3 days. In the second day itself I started feeling pressure on sinuses and sore throat worsened. What could be the reason?
