I have to take some advise from honorable doctors, I get nervous repeatedly thinking. Fear of what will happen next after covishield vaccine? If I will be .then what will happen with me. It appears like you have panic disorder and you are right now on correct medications. May be dose needs titration. If you are tolerating well paeroxetine 12.5 and if if you have tried it for more than 1 month. Better to increase the dose to 25 mg once at night. In case of any anticipatory anxiety and when. Take panchnimbadi churna 1-1 tsf with water twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a say. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part.
