Its a common problem now a days.
Do saline gargles daily.
Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC

If problem severe you can use
 
 take hot saline gargles atleast 5 - 6 times a day, it will help to clear the throat . 
steam inhalation also helps to clear respiratory passages. 
sprinkling eucalyptus oil on the clothes and pillows while sleeping will help. 
elevating the upper body and head by propping up with 2 - 3 pillows at night will help to relieve post nasal drip which worsens dry cough.

Hi, itching on the scalp can be due to dandruff, lice, fungal infection or other reasons. Your scalp needs to be examined to know the cause of boils and itching. Avoid oiling your scalp.
