Hexicof ls has antihistaminics and levosalbutamol and mucolytics. Since you r already on and inhalers montek fx which has antihistaminics already and bronchodilators I will not advice using a substitute. Its better to find plain mucolytics of some other brand.

First you clear. Is it nearer to kidney or above the buttock. To clear this is this real back pain or else. I suggest you go for routine urine examination as well as x-ray of LS spine ap/lateral view later you can go for USG. Don't take more pain killers bcoz if back pain is due to calculus of kidney it can aggrevate the problem later.
