1. Do saline gargles daily.

First you clear. Is it nearer to kidney or above the buttock. To clear this is this real back pain or else. I suggest you go for routine urine examination as well as x-ray of LS spine ap/lateral view later you can go for USG. Don't take more pain killers bcoz if back pain is due to calculus of kidney it can aggrevate the problem later.

It looks more like anxiety than respiratory problems. In severe anxiety also these kind of symptoms are common. Kindly consult a psychiatrist and get an opinion, with the blood investigation/ chest x ray and other tests done till now. All the best.
