You can do beta hcg blood test as soon as you miss your period n urine pregnancy 10 days after missing your period.

If your cycle is 36 days and regular urine test for pregnancy maybe negative. Blood test beta hcg can be positive if pregnancy has occur. Either wait for natural periods or get blood test done. One dose of progesterone tablet taken by you can help the pregnancy to grow stronger.
