There are two common tests
One molecular test in 1 or 2 days result
Another test of microbial culture and drug susceptibility that takes 4-12 weeks.
Both are available in State Govt TB centres free of cost.

It is infectious, difficult to treat, usualy do to bad TB treatment or infection from a TB patient having MDR TB. For medicine advise visit a pulmonologist.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

There is definite protocol of MDR treatment. Consult only senior chest physician only and no body else. To begin with 6 or more drugs including moxifloxacin is there, according to drug sensitivity report by Hains test.

Your metabolism is low so in order to increase it you must avoid crashing your diet in the name of weight loss.
Eat small but frequent meals.
Avoid long gaps in between meals.
Avoid junk as far as possible.
Exercise at least 4 times a week.
Lastly be committed.
Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer.
