Levolin is not routinely recommended for all tyoes of cough. If your baby is having cough and you want to treat her without prescription better to nebulise her with normal saline. Levolin and antibiotics should only be prescribed after examining the patient or after knowing the proper history of the patient.

Hai, You have mentioned that your 2 years old baby has runny nose and heavy cough. But no mention about duration and dry or productive cough .column of the sputum. Any associated fever or not. Any previous history of pneumonia. .any respiratory distress or not. Any overcrowding or not. Etc.Moreover proper ent examination and chest examination by chest specialist should be done. To rule out lower respiratory tract infection..
