I am a son. He s nine month old. Severe cold & cough from yesterday. I gave Azithral100 mg syp levolin syp bt still no use. Cold & cough increased again. What can I do? Me too having cold. I am feeding him too. My throat paining more. I take benadryl bt my pain increased compared to yesterday. Pls answer me. Doctor. Thanks in advance.

Take sonth powder with honey. For you half tea spoon thrice a day and for baby, it is 2 pinches thrice a day. Both of you take steam. Use eucalyptus oil 2-3 drops on hanky and use in a bathing hot water also.

Can I combine liquid paraffin with levolin forte? I was diagnosed of hepatitis b virus 12 years ago and I take levolin forte and sorbitol to enhance my liver function. So I want to know if I can combine the levolin forte with the liquid paraffin which is one of the medications I use for the treatment of hemorrhoids.

Your baby is vomiting as he cannot spit the phlegm like adults, and your cough syrup helps in liquifying the phlegm so after using it usually babies vomit but that's not a side effect. But if the vomits are excessive please take a pediatrician consultation.

I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required.
